1 lb. Italian sausage
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. oregeno
7 lasagna noodles (1/2 lb.) cooked and drained
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 T. flour
4 cups zucchini slices ( 1 zucchini equals 2 cups).
12 oz. mortzella sliced.
Brown sausage with onion, drain, stir in tomato sauce, water, and seasonings.
Simmer 30 min. Combine parmesan chesse and flour. Layer 1/2 of noodles on bottom of buttered 9x13 dish. Top with 1/2 zucchini, 1/2 parmasen, 1/2 meat sauce, 1/2 motzerella. Repeat. Bake 25
to 30 min. 350".
