2 large zucchini
1 large onion
6 T. flour
1/2 t pepper
1 5 oz. pkg, mortzella cheese, grated.
4 large tomatoes, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
2 t. salt
1/4 cup butter
parmesan cheese
Layer zucchini tomatoes green peppers onions. Put 1/2 flour salt pepper butter
and mortsarella cheese over this. Repeatanother layer. Sprinkle top withparmasen cheese Bake in 9x13 dish 40 min. at 350 degrees. Can be made ahead and stored in refrigerator unbaked
