Terry's Rocky Mountain Brisket

1 1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 t. pepper
2 T. chili powder
1 t. crushed bay leaves
2 T. liquid smoke
4 lb. beef briskit
Combine salt, pepper, chili powder and bay leaves. Rub meat completely with
liquid smoke. Place meat fat side up in large roasting pan.

Sprinkle dry seasoning mix on top.
Cover tightly and bake for 3 1/2 hrs. at
325". Scrape seasonings off, cut thin slices and bury under barbque sauce.
Combine ingredients below, bring to boil
cook 10 min.
3 T. brown sugar 3 t. dry mustard
1 14 oz. catsup 2 t. celery seed
1/2 cup water 2 T. liquid smoke
4 T. Worcestershire 1/4 t. cayenne
Serves 6 pepper
