2 qts. cleaned strawberries
1 cup water
1/3 cup water
3 T. cornstarch
1 cup sugar
1 10" pie shell, baked
Combine 1 cup mashed strawberries with 1 cup water in pan. Boil 5 min. Add 1 cupsugar and cornstarch which has been dissolved in 1/3 cup water. Boil until mixture turns clear, about 5 min.
Stirring constantly. Cool glaze. Add remaining berries to glaze and toss gently to coat. Put in pie shell. Serve with whipped cream.
