Spinach Salad
1 lb. spinach
6-8 radishes sliced
3 hard cooked eggs
1/2 bacon cooked and diced
Dressing:
3/4 cup salad oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 t. salt
1/2 t. dry mustard
1/2 t pepper
2 t. sugar
Mix all dressing ingredients and toss with salad ingredients.
