Plum Brandy
2 lbs. plums
2 lbs. sugar (4 1/2 cups)
2 cups water
1 qt. vodka
Boil and dissolve water and sugar (15
20 min). Cool. Prick plumsand put into 1 gal. glass jar. Pour solution over plums, add vodka, put on lid. Cover jar with foil. Store in cool place until Nov.
