3 1/2 lbs. chicken pieces
1 t. salt
1/2 t. paprika
1/8 t. pepper
3 T. margarine
1/1/2 cups very hot water
1/4 cup softened butter
1 pkg. (6 oz.) Stove Top Chicken Flavored Stuffing Mix
Place chicken skin side up in a 3 qt.
shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt, paprika, and pepper
dot with 3 T butter. Bake at 400 for 40 min.Meanwhile combine hot water 1/4 cup butter and contents of seasoning packet
in bowl, stir to melt butter. Add crumbs
Stir until moistened. Move chicken to
one side of dish , baste, mound stuffing
on other side. Bake 20 min. longer.
