Pam's Mashed Potatoes

6 potatoes baked
2/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t dry mustard
Bake potatoes at 375 20 to 25 min. or
microwave 6 to 8 min.
Mix all ingredients together with mixer.
