15 oz. ricotta cheese
3 cups mortzerella cheese
2 T. parsely 1 t. garlic salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 pkg. chopped spinach
2 eggs-2wss
1/2 cup parmasen cheese
32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
Cook manicotti shell according to directions. Grate mortzerella chesse.
Mix cheeses, eggs, spices, parsley and spinach. Spread thin layer of sauce on bottom of 9x13 dish. Fill shells with cheese mix and put in dish in single layer. Pour remaining sauce over top.
Sprinkle with parmesen cheese. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 350" 40 to 45 min.
