1/2 head lettuce shredded
1 cup celery chopped
1 T. parsley minced
2 green onions chopped
1 can mandarin oranges drained
1/4 cup carmalized sliced almonds
Carmalize almonds by adding 2 T. sugar and stir over low heat.
Dressing:
1/2 t. salt
dash pepper
2 T. sugar
2 T. vinegar
1/4 cup oil
1/2 t. almond flavoring.
Toss salad ingredients, add dressing
just before serving.
