1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can of milk
8 oz.(2 cups) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 t. soy sauce
2 cups cooked rice
2 cups cooked diced chicken
1 8 oz. can waterchestnuts, drained
1 3 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1 3 oz. can Chow Mein noodles
Mix soup and milk and heat. Add cheese
and soy sauce, stir until cheese is melted. Combine rice with chicken, water chestnuts, and mushrooms. Alternate layers of sauce and rice mixin 2 qt. casserole. Add noodles around top
of casserole. Bake 350 degrees 25 min.
