Mary Beth's Deep Dish Turkey Pie

3 cups cooked turkey or chicken
1 cup sliced cooked carrots
1 cup cubed cooked potatoes
1 cup frozen green peas, thawed
6 T. butter
1/3 cup flour
2 T. instant chicken bouilion or 5 cubes
1/8 t. pepper
4 cups milk
2 1/4 cups bisquick

In large saucepan melt butter, add bouilion. Over medium heat gradually add milk cook and stir until thickened.
Add remaining ingredients except Bisquick. Prepare mix according to directions on box. Roll out to cover dish. Put chicken mixture in casserole, cover with dough. Cut slashes in center of dough. Bake 40 min. at 375.
