Mary Beth's Buffet Spinach Casserole

10 slices bacon cooked
2 pkgs 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
1 pkg. 10 oz. Stoffers frozen Welsh Rarebit.
1 cup (3 oz. can) french fried onion rings.
Cook spinach, drain well, add water chestnuts, Welsh Rarebit, 1/2 of the onion rings, 1/2 of the crumbled bacon.
Stir and Bake 11/2 qt. casserole 350

Bake 350 20 min.
Sprinkle remaining crumbled bacon and onion rings on top. Bake 10 min longer.
