Key Lime Pie
Graham cracker crust
1 can sweetened condensed milk.
2 eggs, seperated
1/2 cup key lime juice
Beat egg yolks, mix in small amount of condensed milk, then stir into remaining milk. Gradually stir in lime juice which thickens mixture. Beat egg whites
until stiff and fold into milk mixture.
Pour into crust , bake 350" 15 min.
Refrigerate 6-8 hrs. Store in fridge.
