1 lb. boned turkey or chicken breasts
Bread crumbs
Macadamia nuts chopped
1 egg beaten
Sauce
1/4 cup red wine
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
1/8 t. ceyanne pepper
1/2 lemon, squeezed
1/8 t cinnamon
Put all sauce ingredients in small pan
and heat well.
Mix bread crumbs and macadamia nuts
together. Dip turkey in egg and coat
with bread crumb mix. Saute 4 min on each side or until done. Serve on top of sauce.
