Inges Rice Pudding

1 1/2 cups cooked rice (Double 2 1/2 )
2 cups milk (2 3/4 cup)
2 eggs (3 eggs)
1/2 cup sugar (3/4 cup)
salt
Nutmeg
1/2 cup raisins (3/4 cup)
Heat rice and milk over low heat. Seperate eggs, beat whites until stiff.
Beat yolks until mixed. Add sugar, salt
nutmeg to beaten egg yolks.

Spoon 1 cup hot mixture into egg yolks,
mix and stir in remaining mixture bring
to boil, add raisins to boil, add raisins and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
