Fruity Potato Salad

6 small new potatoes 2 pounds 2 hard cooked eggs chopped 3/4 cup chopped apples 3/4 cup seedless green grapes halved 1/4 cup onion 1/4 cup chopped green pepper 1/2 cup mayo 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper

cook potatoes in boiling water to cover 2o min or until tender.drain and cool peel potatoes and slice into 1/2 inch slices. combine potatoes, eggs,apples, grapes onions and green peppers in large bowl toss gently. combine remaing ingredients and spoon overpotato mixture stiring gently to coat. chill thoroughly
