1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup onions
garlic
1 green pepper
1/4 cup carrots
1 cup fresh green beans
1/4 cup parsley
1 1/2 cups tomattoes, fresh or canned
8 cups stock or bullion
1 bag leaf spinach
salt
1 cup cooked macaroni
1/2 t. oregano
1 cup potatoes
Saute green peppers, onions celery 5 min. Add all ingredients except potatoes, cook 1 hour. Add potatoes, cook 20 min.
