1 cup butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. cream of tartar
1/2 t. salt
1 t. almond or vanilla flavoring
5 1/4 cup flour
Mix everything well. roll into 1" balls and press flat with bottom of glass
