2 whole chicken breasts, split
3/4 t. dry mustard
2 T. vinegar
1/2 cup apricot or peach jam
1/2 cup soy sauce
Place chicken in baking dish, combine
mustard and vinegar until smooth, stir
in preserves, add soy sauce and blend.
Pour over chicken, turn to coat both sides.
Bake meat side down at 325 degrees for
20 min. Turn chicken over and bake 40
min. longer. Brush with sauce occasionally.
