2 14" pizzas
2 1/2 t. yeast
2 cups whole wheat
2 cups bread flour
2/3 t. salt
2 1/2 t. olive oil
1 1/3 cup water
Let bread machine run 1 hr., remove and roll into pizza crust. Place in pizza pan and let rise 1/2 hr. Spread olive oil lighty on crust,then parmesan cheese
Then 1/2 can pizza sauce on each, then toppings, then mortzarella cheese and cheddar cheese. Sprinke parmasen on top
Place in cold oven turn temperature to
450" and bake until crust is brown, 30 to 45 min.
