Cream of Broccoli and Cheese Soup

2 cups chopped celery
1 cup chopped onions
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 cup cottage cheese
2 cups milk
1 can cream chicken soup or chicken broth (10 3/4 oz.)
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook celery, onions, and broccoli in
2 1/2 covered casserole in microwave on
high 6 min, stir after 3 min, set aside.
Blend cottage cheese in blender until smooth. Slowly add milk while blending.
Add chicken soup and blend. Add mixture to cooked undrained vegetables. Microwave on high until heated, about 3 min. Do not boil. 6 servings.
