Copy of Sarah's Vegetable Beef Soup

1 package frozen vegetables for soup 2 carrots sliced 2 stalks celery sliced 1 medium onion copped 1 can tomatoes 2 cups water 9 bullion cubes or 3 tablespoons of granuals 1 round steak cubed roux: 1/2 stick butter 1/4 cup flourj 

put all ingredents except roux in crock pot. cook 6 hours. make roux and add to pot. cook on high 1/2 hour longeruntil thickened.
