Chicken Enchiladas

1 chicken boiled tender diced 1 onion sauted in 2 tablespoons butter add 2 chopped cloves to onions 1 can black olives chopped 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup jack cheese salt and pepper to taste

Sauce: 2 cans Hatch Green Enchilada Sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup chicken broth mix part of sauce with chicken mixture
to consistency, Roll up in tortillas.
cover wth remaining sauce. Sprinkle
generously with cheeses.
Bake 350 20 to 30 min.
