Crust:
1 1/4 cups graham crackers
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
1 t. cinnamon
Mix all ingredients and spread on bottom
and sides of 8x8 pan.
Filling:
2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 t vanilla
Combine and beat 3 min. in mixer. Pour into crust. Bake 375" 20 min. Remove,
cool 15 min.
Topping:
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 t. vanilla
Mix and spread over top of cake. Bake
10 min additional. Cool
