Brandied Fruit
Starter:
3/4 cup drained chopped canned pineapple
3/4 cup drained, chopped, canned peaches
6 marshino cherries
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 T. dry yeast
Place in quart container with loose top.
Stir 3-4 times first day. Ready in 7 days. To make more: 1/2 cup starter,
1/2 cup pineapple, 1/2 cup peaches, 6 cherries and 1 cup sugar.
