Blueberries in Maple Cream
3 cups fresh blueberries rinsed and drained 1/2 cup maple syrup 1 cp whipping cream put berries in large bowl stir in maple syrup refrigerate covered stirring occasionally at least 1 houror up to 1 day just before serving whip whip cream to soft peaks. stir berry mix well and fold in whipped cream and serve
