1 large bunch green onions
1 or 2 cans tomatoes (crushed)
1 large head cabbage
4 cups water
1 large green pepper
1/2 bunch celery
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Cut vegetables into small pieces, cover with water, boil fast 10 min. Cut to simmer and cook till vegetables are tender.
Day one: All fruits except bananas. Cantelope and watermelon are lowest. Eat only soup and fruit. Drink water, unsweetened tea, cranberry juice.
Day 2: All vegetables, fresh raw or canneqd. Green leafy, no dry beans, peas, or corn. Supper: one large baked potato and butter.
Day 3:Eat only soup, fruit, and vegetables. No baked potato. If you have eaten as above, loss: 5 to 7 lbs.
Day 4: Bananas and skim milk Eat 3 or 4 bananas water, milk, and soup.
Day 5: 10-20 oz. beef, 1 can tomatoes, or 6 fresh. 6-8 glasses water, soup at least once.
Day 6: Beef, veggies and soup, no baked potato. Drink water.
Day 7: Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice, and vegetables. Soup at least once. Loss: 10-17 lbs. Plan can be used as often as you like.
